CommonDesk and Align Communications announce technology partnership

The partnership will provide a single source where financial services firms seeking rapid deployment of SEC 17A-4 compliance solutions will find the enterprise-ready technology, manpower and experience to successfully implement these critical initiatives.
In light of the large fines levied by the SEC, many compliance officers are looking for ways to expedite the integration of new compliance systems into an enterprise's existing human and technological infrastructure. This process is typically labor intensive and it often doesn't make financial sense to build a team for this specialized solution.

"Align Communications is an ideal partner for the deployment of our compliance solutions, considering their vast experience as a solutions firm in the financial services marketplace" says Mitchell Balsam CEO of CommonDesk LLC. "They understand that a successful deployment within an enterprise takes much more than just great technology. Extensive planning, training, experience and a 'Can-Do' team spirit are all required to work within large organizations", says Balsam.

"Our combined talents will create the capability to rapidly deploy, full-featured compliance solutions that our Fortune 1000 clients require," says James Dooling, CEO of Align Communications. "By leveraging our 150 person team, CommonDesk will continue to build enterprise ready solution and trust Align to deploy and support the technology", says Dooling.

Align will provide infrastructure and financial resources to CommonDesk's existing team to ensure their compliance solutions will satisfy client needs today and into the future. By Q1 2006, Align and CommonDesk will develop a new business practice focusing on providing compliance technologies from the best technology vendors. This group will bring to market several products focused on the Hedge Fund regulation occurring in February 2006.
