Server Agent for Pivot 360

The CommonDesk Server Agent for Pivot 360 captures all Pivot 360 communications using the Server-side log file provided by Pivot. This includes Pivot point messages and blast messages.

The CommonDesk solution

The Server agent for Pivot 360 is a scalable capture solution. Powered by the CommonDesk 360 platform it allows administrators to create any number of instances for Pivot 360 capture to speed up the process. This solution uses the versatile CommonDesk Email engine to integrate messages to a compliance mailbox.

The Server Agent for Pivot allows an admin to:

  • Import Users from Log files made available by Pivot 360
  • The administrators have an option of enabling dynamic discovery which would allow the system to automatically import any new users once they are found after an initial import.
  • Control when a Job for processing Pivot 360 messages starts.
  • Specify Customer accounts that have to be ignored e.g. Pivot Support
  • Control how many threads are used to process Pivot messages.
  • Control various parameters around integrating messages to a complaince mailbox.
